Robyn Yates-Gajjar is a recognized authority in Las Vegas luxury real estate, known for her strategic insight, market knowledge, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Robyn’s foundation in luxury real estate began in private country club management and marketing, where she developed a deep understanding of affluent clientele and lifestyle-driven communities. She served in leadership roles within premier private golf communities and was General Manager for Desert Princess Country Club, Monterey Country Club, and Palm Valley Country Club in California’s Coachella Valley. These roles shaped her expertise in luxury service, community positioning, and the expectations of high-net-worth clients.

Robyn later transitioned into real estate brokerage, becoming a broker with Dyson and Dyson Real Estate, where she helped establish a strong luxury presence in Las Vegas. She went on to found Windermere Prestige Properties, a boutique luxury brokerage focused on attracting experienced agents and delivering elevated marketing for luxury properties.

From 2013 through 2020, Robyn served as the active broker for Blue Heron Design Build, working alongside one of Las Vegas’ most respected luxury home builders. This experience provided her with extensive knowledge of luxury architecture, custom home construction, and high-end development.

In December 2022, Robyn became Managing Broker for Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty. She currently continues with the brokerage as a Broker Associate, focusing on luxury representation, strategic marketing, and advising clients across Southern Nevada’s most prestigious communities.
